About me!

I have been involved in various sports and activities in my life, ranging from Judo, Gymnastics, Cross Country running, Cycling and Hyrox. Over the years I have picked up many injuries and issues that have just niggled on.

In 2024, I qualified as a Spin Instructor and currently instruct at 2 different gyms. I also decided at that point that I wanted to hep people and show them that your pain or injury doesn't have to be a condition you live with, so I trained in Holistic Massage, followed by level 3 & 4 Sports massage and in March 2026, I qualified in Medical Acupuncture, leaning the Modern Western approach to Acupuncture but also incorporating the Tradition Chinese Medicine methods.
